Juvenile Probation
The Mini-Cassia Juvenile Probation Department is a dual-county effort providing services to youthful offenders and their families in Minidoka and Cassia counties, with one Magistrate Judge presiding over all court cases falling within the purview of the Idaho Juvenile Corrections Act.

Juvenile Detention
The purpose of the Mini-Cassia Juvenile Detention Center is to provide both counties with a secure facility to place juvenile offenders who are deemed to be a risk to the safety of their respective communities, to assure juvenile offenders appear for scheduled court hearings, and to provide the juvenile court with a short term, alternative sentencing option.

Magistrate Court consists of traffic fines/court, small claims, juvenile court, citations, and probates.

Prosecuting Attorney
The responsibilities of the Prosecuting Attorney include prosecuting all felony criminal actions, giving advice to the Board of County Commissioners, and issuing subpoenas and other process requiring the attendance of witnesses.

The Minidoka County Public Defenders Office is a court appointed and retained attorney’s office that services Minidoka County.
