Custody

Parents or legal guardians that have a child placed in the Detention Center will maintain custody of that child and will be held financially responsible for any medical bills that may be incurred.

Education

All residents will be given adequate time to complete homework assignments during their period of detainment. Parents will be responsible for bringing homework assignments to the Detention Center, as well as returning completed assignments back to the school.
